Rupert Murdoch Loves Nick Griffin.

“Them bloody immigrants, comin’ round ‘ear, taking our jobs…”—this must be one of the most overrated statements of recent times, even the surge of “your mum” jokes I heard in primary school had more integrity. With regards to the recent economic situation; the loss of jobs; cut backs in public services and all those other dreaded things, it is easy to pass the blame on to migrant workers—especially if you’re a racist clown. It is also easy for everyday people to draw these conclusions, especially when right-wing rags like The Sun are inconspicuously feeding this claptrap straight down our throats. When The Sun publishes an article regarding immigration, with a lack of intellectual analysis (essentially, these “articles” are a few paragraphs of spurious nonsense to do with immigration and its effects on our services), it does nothing but give our lovely right-wing British nutters more ammo for their ideological battle—in which they are slowly starting to establish themselves.

It’s as if the Sun and the rest of these red-top rags are singing along to the same tune as the BNP, in many cases—just in a more conniving manner. It is not difficult for a reader to take in these “points”, and then relate them to what organizations like the BNP are saying, thus apparently causing an uncontrollable urge for them to spurt out phrases like “them bloody immigrants should go home”, at any given instance. It’s boring, tedious and above all; ignorant. In my eyes, the right-wing media is bordering on the same level of responsibility for the damage of British political ideology as the BNP are. They are not representing the people that they proudly sell their papers to, instead they are representing a pure desire for profit-making, and as well as that they are indirectly causing other-wise good people to fall for the racist, xenophobic gobbledygook that the BNP preaches. By printing spurious, pseudo-political points in their articles, right after page 3 where they continue to degrade women to mere objects of male sexual-desire; they create a lovely, warped manifesto of treacherous right wing ideology that condemns the main political parties (rightly so in some instances, i.e. MP’s Expenses) as well as providing more fuel for the BNP’s stinky fire.

That bloody Rupert Murdoch, coming round ‘ear, ruining our ideologies! The dawn of the ignorance is upon us!
